Hi there! I have the sand issue and ironically when I seen my dentist, she told me a way that can have and even relieve the issue! I havnt done it myself and yes it seems bizarre but maybe look into it? She told me getting injections like silicone injections in the muscle where it's always so tense can help! Maybe it's not your style but I thought I could share it with you and maybe it could be something to look into at least

Take care!

I have something called Superior Semi circular canal Dehiscence Syndrome and it can be responsible for the symptoms you mention, including the tinnitus and dizziness. It isn't well known, but you can research it on the web, and there are some well known doctors who treat people for it as well. Message me if you would like to chat-- it is incredibly frustrating to live with these symptoms regardless of the cause.

@Emm22 Have you seen an audiologist before? There isn't really 1 cure or treatment as there are so many causes. I hope you find something that works! I get it from time to time and can be really annoying, when it's more frequent I can see how it would cause difficulties!

@Emm22

I'm sorry to hear that tinnitus is really impacting you and has done for quite some time. I don't believe there is a cure for the condition, but your doctor may be able to offer treatments that reduce its impact on you! I hope you get the help you need and deserve. <3
