Im over stressed and depressed. Im running out of money while i wait for my disability to come though which i probably wont get. I cant sleep no matter how much meds i take.

This sounds like an incredibly stressful situation so it's understandable that you are struggling to sleep? Have you tried connecting with a listener in a 1 to 1 conversation? The responses would be immediate and perhaps talking things through would help.
