Cluster headaches

Hi there, I'm new here and I'm wondering if anyone else has cluster headaches like I do? I've never met some one with it as well and am curious about your experiences!

@CurryChocolate Hey, do the cluster headaches happen often? It seem like something serious that you should talk to you doctor. It is better to tell them now rather than it getting worse later on. The quicker you see a doctor the better you'll be. As long as you get to see a doctor and work to solve it, you'll get better soon. I wish you a great day and good luck

I have had clusters since 2018, and was diagnosed in 2021 and have full medication and treatment since (Verapamil, corticosteroide injections in back of the head, sumatriptan and oxygen treatment).

@CurryChocolate. Ice packs to my head help me with headaches. I’m not sure if it would be helpful for cluster headaches though.

@adventurousBranch3786 same! Although for me sometimes that's a bit strong, I sometimes prefer cucumber from the fridge or even freezer, slices on my eyes/head -- ik it's strange but it's cooling and it helps for me:)

I don’t have cluster headaches but I do have chronic migraines which is defined as 15 or more month. I’d be happy to chime in on what I can.
