ADHD or Anxiety

I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about all sorts of things. I wonder if it is the adhd or the anxiety. Does it matter which is which? I guess the anxiety would be panicked thoughts? ADHD would be more like random thoughts-positive or negative. Last night was more panicked thoughts.

Hi, try taking deep slow breaths in and out when this happens. Try to let go of your thoughts. Your thoughts are not you, it's the work of the brain. Instead of worrying thoughts, try to imagine something good happening to you. Dream, imagine that you are in an ideal world where everyone loves you and everyone is kind. Try to stay in such a nice picture
