...See more I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about all sorts of things. I wonder if it is the adhd or the anxiety. Does it matter which is which? I guess the anxiety would be panicked thoughts? ADHD would be more like random thoughts-positive or negative. Last night was more panicked thoughts.

...See more hi everyone! I see that there are different levels. Levels for members and levels for listeners. I see numbers which I know when they are higher the more things we/they have completed. But is there a list of the the names of the levels. Just curious.

...See more I am struggling with anxiety with the holidays coming up. I wanted to have a one in one chat with a listener. That was a mistake. He belittled me and said things like he couldn’t believe I was worried about family gatherings and I needed to get over it! I would like to come back to this space because it was being helpful. But now I am angry and hurt. If this is how listeners are it is terrible. So upset.
