Chronic illness flareup

Hi there, so a bit of a rant here

I’ve been diagnosed with hEDS earlier in the year, and I’m currently going through a pretty bad chronic illness Flareup. I don’t really know what to do because it’s never been this bad and gone for this long. I’m heavily fatigued, my stomach isn’t even doing what it should do (not working much), and I’m practically stuck in bed due to constant dizziness and heavy fatigue. And all of this is making me quite miserable to be fair.

any tips on what might help? I’m so lost

@emotionalTalker2260 Flareups can be so rough!

Any suggestions from your health care providers?

With food sometimes I find drinks are better, so smoothies, protein drinks not sure if it's the same for you.

In terms of the resting, finding things that make it more tolerable, streaming shows and movies, listening to audio books and podcasts, phone games, sit and do a puzzle if you're up to it, chat with a friend.

Hopefully better days are coming soon!

I appreciate the reply 🫶 so it has begun to settle a bit but I definitely did realise that softer foods and plenty of rest was definitely needed and I did that.

Will definitely be bringing it up to my GP the next time they’re seen as this isn’t the first time a flare has happened. This one was just more worse with how many effects it had
