hello fellow humans

I was suggested by noni (the 7 cups AI) to introduce myself so here I am! I'm currently 27 and have been suffering from mild dysthymia since high school, but since last April when I lost three close friends due to disagreements, my depression has gotten a lot worse. As a result I don't really have a social life anymore and isolate myself quite a bit lately. I found about 7 cups last week from someone on reddit and so far I have felt quite welcome here. Anyway, I hope that I can be part of this community and we can support each other ☺️
