I am a depression and enxiety survivor

I had been dealing with depression and enxiety for some time. It has been severe sometimes and it fooled me into thinking that suicide is the only solution. I went and tried to find help and there were two things I found to have helped me a lot and that is, breathing exercises and positive thinking. I decide that since these two were a major helper to my depression and enxiety I will never stop doing them. So, everyday I do my breathing exercise and make sure I force my mind to think positive. I know it can be hard sometimes as bad things do happen unexpectedly which trigger such but with these tools by my side I am confident that I will stag afloat. Oh, the other thing I see is helping me is finding a group that has experienced the same as me. I first joined ADAA which is also a huge group which is helping as well but one can never have enough friends and support. That is my story
