Hi everyone read my story

Hi my name is rooz am 28 years old and I suffer from a severe depression it’s been almost a year now .. The situation has gotten worse to the point that I can’t leave my house I feel frozen I can’t move forward in my life .. My goals my dreams I don’t feel them no more I actually feel nothing want nothing ... bad thoughts come to my mind all the time and I need help I need real help someone to talk to someone to push me forward because I don’t have someone around me to help me so who ever is reading this please help ...
