I am so sorry. What is making you particularly tired of it all at the moment? Sometimes we try so hard. We are making progress but it is really hard to see. @Bluelove13

It's just terrible to feel that way I'm going through the same thing but trust me my friend

It's not worth giving up I'd suggest therapy and acceptance towards yourself

Join group session and grief sharing ones stay connected to spirituality or God

Give yourself a reason to hold on to your life
