Guys, I got something for you guys that will really help you feel better!:
Part I:
Step 1: Stand in front of the mirror and smile
Step 2: Clap out loud three times in front of the mirror
Step 3: Take a fruit of your choice, and hold it for three minutes in the mirror while looking at yourself
Step 4: Grab a dictionary, and turn your back towards the mirror and choose three words you don't know the meaning of and read them aloud with their definition
Part II:
Step 1: Write down a list of 5 things you are thankful for
Step 2: Draw a picture for each item you listed of an event where that item meant something to you
Step 3: Add Five more items to the list
Part III:
Step 1: Stand in front of the mirror with your list and read it aloud
Step 2: Eat a bowl of soup and relax
