How to find the strength to put in the work, while fighting this battle all the time?

I know that there are some things I can do to improve my career, and creative works to keep me sane. I want to do these things but the daily struggle of fighting these thoughts make me physically exhausted. Any tips on how to overcome this problem?

@Jem7Cups I'm not sure what comes under self-care. The answer would be no, I do not do anything for myself, like meditation etc. During workdays (and this is about going to office, pre-COVID) I would come home and be so tired, I'd just eat, watch YouTube and sleep.
