Is depression really curable or do you just find better coping methods?

Good question Asa ♡

I saw my daughter overcame it, so I'd say it's curable although the risk of relapse is there.

What do you think?

Thank you for your support!!! I do find some of the coping mechanisms extremely helpful and I know things take time but sometimes it's hard.

Yeah..I'm aware that having depression is like we want to go out of it badly but not easy moreover hopeless feeling easily triggered.
