I'm just so deep in depression right now. And alone. Like literally.
I don't know what to write more, bc I'm very shy and introverted :(

Just write. Tell us about how hard it is to have a shower when you just don't care. Tell us that you need a pep talk, or a shoulder to cry on. Maybe both? Share the reasons for depression? It is clinical or situational.
