This depression, anxiety, agrophobia has taken it's toll on me. These suicidal urges are overwhelming , the depersonalization is scary all i want is a break from this. Please just a break

hi, after searching for 'just wish this depression would lift' I came upon your post. I hope the new years is bringing you a little relief. maybe just knowing that there are others out there with our challengescan lift things a little. its helping me a little.
