Hey, thank you for sharing with us. I encourage you to please do so if the app is doing more harm than good. Its always okay to take one step at a time while recovering from pain. *hugs if you want one*

Thanks for the hug! I probably will delete. I read the reviews lately and apparently the language in the app is known for being a little "edgy". Can be a little annoying.
