What do you eat?

So while my depression is MUCH better (thanks meds), the side effects mean I am never hungry (even if I haven't eaten in 24 hours) and I have zero energy to even think of cooking.

What do you all eat when things are like this? I know I need to but have no desire to and everything seems like too much work. :/

I understand that cooking could be cumbersome when you are getting rid of depression. You can always turn to fruits, vegetables and food that contain high fiber to help you get across this tough time. It may not sound 'yum', but these should help you :)

I have recently been experiencing the same

thing... no desire to eat until later in the day. I try to make sure I have yogurt or smoothies in the fridge as those are easy ways to get protein. I also have bought protein drinks such as Ensure or Boost. Sometimes I don’t even feel like swallowing food so the consistency of a smoothy works well. Bananas, peanut butter crackers, drink lots of water. I am usually able to eat dinner and then try to get more calories in the evening.

Hope this helps:)
