Wellness Retreat near Washington DC

Has anyone gone on a wellness retreat? Going through depression and need recommendations on wellness retreats in the DC metro area and nearby locations within an hour of the WMATA metro system (I don't have a car). I've Googled it but some of these places are psych wards in disguise -- I'm NOT looking for a psych ward. Just a relaxing place for a wellness retreat with meditation, yoga, and help with mindset.
