@unassumingSummer8183 Yes. Sometimes it does feel like that we are not getting the support we need from our partners. Sometimes relationships can be stressful. It can be complecated because we don't know what the other person is going through, and then we start overthinking and making assumptions, it is kind of a spiral which eventually makes us anxious. So yes I can understand what you are talking about.

I'm really sorry to hear this plum, but hopefully, this post helps you feel like you aren't alone. I completely understand what you're going through. It must be a tough situation to cope with, and I hope you're getting support if you want it.

If you ever want to talk, I'm here for you.

@unassumingSummer8183 I’m really sorry to hear that you’re going through a hard time with your partner. It’s possible they don’t know what you’re going through and they aren’t really communicating what they are going through with you either. It’s difficult when this happens since all you want to do is keep the relationship alive and prospering, but I do understand what you’re going though. If you ever want to talk I’m here.

I have, and I understand what you're going through. It's incredibly tough when you feel like your partner is contributing to your anxiety, and it can be hard to know where to start and how to cope with those thoughts and feelings, especially when you care about them. You're not alone, and your feelings are absolutely valid. You deserve to feel supported and understood.

Have you had a chance to talk with them about how you feel?

If you ever need to talk, I'm here for you.

we all have had relationship struggles. Anxiety is part of it. If your partner is causing so much stress. Have you tried to talk to them about it? Do you know what causes the anxiety?  What is a constructive way to handle this anxiety?

@unassumingSummer8183 I have been in a situation like this before. Have you tried to talk with your partner about the way you feel. They could be accidentally making you feel this way and don’t know it. After the conversation maybe couples therapy or them getting therapy one on one could help. But inevitably if it doesn’t help maybe you guys aren’t right for each other or maybe the timing isn’t right.

Hey, Unassuming, I know this post is from a while ago, but I can see how a partner gives you anxiety vs helping or reducing anxiety. I am not sure what your partner may be doing to cause the anxiety, but have you all talked about it? I am glad that you were able to recognize that maybe your partner is giving you anxiety because it can possibly help resolve it.

If you need someone to talk to now, feel free to reach out to me or another listener. I

No one can give or take away anxiety but yourself. I have found that the key to self awareness and stability is learning about yourself and making changes to your perspective. One must be careful because placing that burden on another can tend to push people away. Do the work within yourself and you’ll find that nothing outside of you can ever affect the peace you’ve established within.
