It looks like depression and the situation with this girl is creating a lot of things for you. It's good that she was open and honest with you on where she is at right now and not dragging you along. I'm sorry that it's hard though when you feel an attraction with someone who isn't ready. I see depression has been causing a lack of sleep and raised the heart rate. Maybe with the assessment coming up, it can give you answers on a path of coping and even healing. I hope everything goes with both the assessment and the hospital. Please keep us posted on how it went for you.
