Hello all! Hope you're having a lovely day. Today's topic will be a list of ways that will positively affect your life

1) Remember that work is not the only facet to your life. Make special time to enjoy interests.

2) Realize that you are just as important as other people.

3) Don't compare yourself to other people - at work or in your personal life.

4) Make a scheduled time every day for relaxation.

5) Take time to laugh at yourself and the situations you find yourself in.

6) Surround yourself with friends who are positive, encouraging, and helpful.

7) Learn to not bury your feelings because it only creates blockages.

8) Relax, calm down, take things slower.

Your point two and three are contradictory - and both impossible.
Four and five are personal opinions. Some people will consider their life much worse if they have to be put thtough it.
Six is stupid. Mainly you can't know how people your surround yourself with truly are. It's not like "jerk" is written on the face of every jerks.
Seven is even worse. If you can't bury your feelings when necessary you're bound never to fit anywhere and to piss everyone else off. One needs to control their feelings - burying them is sometimes necessary.
And eight has the exact same problem as four and five.

I wouldn't be that mean if this didn't piss me off as much, but you did it, your "ways to live a better life" is just my definition of a "life not worth living".
Just because these affect you positively doesn't mean it'll be the same for everyone.

Geez.

I'm sorry if I offended you, and I understand some won't believe in any of these. Some have worked not just for me, but for many others due to the fact that it gives them something to plan/control.

A lot of times when we're empty and depressed we don't won't to believe that positive change can happen. However for others, they do need a list sometimes, because they don't know how to make themselves happy, or where to start.

This list that I posted is that start. You may not benefit from it, and that's your choice that you are entitled to. However, please note that these lists are only to help those who really want help.
