@KindListening. I read somewhere that there would be depression support at this time...if I have time zones right. Am I in right place?
@Yoda45. I have been restless. Have been far more depressed but this week more anxious. Still have a hard time getting dressed
@Yoda45 even though I new, I am good listener also! It used to sort of be my job.
@Yoda45. Kind, I am on meds & I see counselor 1xmth lol. This is good week for me. Not sleeping all the time. I have battled depression many times. About 3 years ago I had a real breakdown & had memories of trauma come back to me. Been disabled since then due to depression & PTSD
@Yoda45. I am 45 & had to move back in with parents. I have a dog & cat for emotional support but excited to be here. Hoping to find people who understand! If this does help it will be worth it! I joined immediately!
