@KindListening. I read somewhere that there would be depression support at this time...if I have time zones right. Am I in right place?
@Yoda45 Well, you're definitely in the right section of our forum for Depression support! We also have 1-1 support with listeners and support chatrooms to speak with listeners and members. You can also read our self-help guide on depression https://www.7cups.com/depression-help-online/ it offers some useful suggestions on how to cope with depression.

@KindListening I'm honestly not sure if we're hosting a depression support chat at the moment as I'm not a mod for the chatrooms. Maybe someone else can offer more insight about that.
