Tell me something you did this week that made you happy! : )
Sometimes it is hard to push through certain times in our life however I feel as though it is very important to have a healthy outlet, something to fall back on: )
You can reply to this and share some things that help you, maybe somebody else will pick up on it and it may help them too : )

Something I did this week that made me happy was to meet a friend, we went to a cafe and had a nice chat , it was fun connecting, talking, laughing together after a while !
As for healthy let outs, my go - to is taking walks, listening to music, writing /journaling! 😊

This week I played a lot of video games with friends and that made me quite happy.
Usually when im not feeling too good my go to outlets are writing music, exercise, or gaming.
I feel like it is also important to remember that just because something worked once, that does not mean it will always be the case so don't be disheartened or upset if the same outlet does not help you : ) remember that this is your personal journey and a learning curve.

- @LeLe01 I guess I did many things, like I found some answers to questions that stayed struck in my mind long time a go, and that made so happy.
@LeLe01So, some things that made me happy recently?1: I took a huge exam in an attempt forward for my career. While I won't know the score for about 2 months, it's still a huge step.2: ... I don't have a 2 yet.I know I need to get back into the gym, as regular exercise helped my depression a lot. But I haven't made it there yet.

Firstly well done for taking that exam, I understand how daunting it can be, so I am very proud of you! As far as the exercise is concerned, it's totally okay if your not quite there yet, this is your personal journey and you can do this at your own pace!

i made it to go outside of the house to my favorite park and have the best coffee. I was like i scary kitten, but i made it.
i made grocery shopping, i bought 2 nice notebooks. One is for my job and the other one is for my new language course of turkish language.
Smell of lavander oil on my pillow is making me happy too :)

what made me smile actually today, to be honest, is my friends cause we were having a meet and it was soo nice to see that I made them happy and we all were joking around and it was soo fun to see them especially since our school life has been a bit hectic it was nice seeing them and us all having fun!
