Thoughts ?

context my partner left me stating he didn't love me anymore when in the same day had been planning our future....(he is depressed but refuses to seek any help)

Hi lovely! Even if he is depressed that does not give him the right to tell you that he does not love you anymore. What if you were depressed and told him that you did not love him anymore? Would he be ok with that?

i know what you mean, I just can't work out if this is just an episode and he will be back or whether he just planned my life and crushed it
