Does anyone socialise more and do more?
I have always been one to shy away from socialising and a loner but since developing depression I've been making myself talk to people and be social because I feel like I have nothing left to lose.I feel less so I'm throwing myself into activities. I don't have anxiety anymore and I'm not worried about people dialling me or anything because I may not be alive a long time. However the good thing is there's then nothing to worry about.
@Breathandtryagain I give you such credit, its great to put yourself out there, this is something I constantly struggle with. I dont have many friends, and the ones I do arent great, so I do not socialize if at all, it can be hard as an adult having to make friends especially now when no one really socializes outside of technology.
