Hello everyone I'm Rainlee I'm new to the group 42 yes old struggling with depression dont have any friends that understand my illness looking to chat with people who have been though the same illness

@loyalPineapple5005 hi there. I joined in December.

I learnt that if you wish to speak to a listener with experience of depression you can sort accordingly from the list.

It helps to have feedback from people who know what it feels like

Hello!

No one really understands us. I try to explain it to my husband but he's clueless. I don't share my depression with anyone but my husband. Its hard for me to open up to people.

I have found some level of understanding here. But of course I try keep in mind we all are individuals and all experience depression in slightly different ways
