Depressed Late night
I’ve been struggling with sleeping during the day and that has resulted in me staying up late at night. Things usually feel worse at night, and distractions can be harder to utilize. It’s kind of a stupid cycle I need to break.

It sounds like sleeping during the day is effecting your sleep during the night and causing you to not be able to sleep well at the appropriate times, that sounds so exhausting for you, maybe physicial or mental activities in the daytime could help you stay distracted enough to keep awake during the day and as a result have a much improved sleep?
