Dead end thinking

Seems like for every decent, motivating thought i have, theres another right after that tells me all my best ideas and original thoughts have all been done already and ive just been left behind. How can i break through this?

All of your best ideas are like no other because they come from you. You are the only person who is exactly like you. That is why everything you do always has a little hint of difference to it because of all the parts that make you whole may resemble others but are not exactly the same.
