This is the feeling I can't explain by myself. I'm so sorry for what you're going through but I feel you.

i understand it's been like that for me for 14 years. the difference for me is i the suffocating feeling doesn't go away for me. i'm sorry to say i haven't found a "cure". i am sorry you are also experiencing this.

14 years is the closest ive seen to my life crushng record mines 22 i would like to speak to you

ive struggled with depression for a few years, im 25 now and its been about 7 months of losing myself. I do have dark thoughts but i hold on to the few good moments to keep me going, thats helping me for now but there are days when there is no light in the darkness.
