I like drawing and listening to music, usually at the same time. I like the feeling of creating something and knowing that I have a skill.

Although I know it does sound overdramatic, I think I watch stuff on youtube more to numb any worry then too feel good. Drawing does not relax me or make me feel incredibly happy either per say, I just feel very accomplished.
I think maybe sometimes in life you have to understand you can't really control happiness but when you work on something really hard you can usually give yourself a sense of satisfaction.

I enjoy many things. My number one would be fighting... if I could find some people to willingly fight me, or just grapple/wrestle. I love listening to music, making music, playing my trombone, analyzing music. I love cooking, sewing, bowling, baseball, wrestling, kickboxing, talking to people, playing video games, going through amazing adventurous stories. I don't enjoy reading most books that I've tried. I prefer tv or movies due to those having more stimuli in the form of audio and visual art as well as the writing. I love playing with my dog, but he's been really hurt for a few days, and it has made me even more sad than usual... I'm busy rn, so I'll stop there.
My favorite thing to do is to help others. The thing that makes me feel closest to happiness is when I help someone that's having a rough time. I know what it's like, and I wish I could be helped as much as I have helped.
