What is something you feel insecure about?
for our final forum post of love yourself week, let's think of something we may be insecure about. using what we have learned throughout this week and thinking about the things we do love about ourselves, let's try to use our new strategies to turn this insecurity into something we can learn to love ❤️
so, what is something you feel insecure about? and if you'd like, feel free to share how you might work towards loving this about yourself!

I've always been insecure about my overall appearance. I find myself difficult to love because I am not model-like attractive. I'm most insecure about my stomach. A lot of people find me thin, but I dont find myself thin.
what can I do about it? Well, I try to work out every day. Usually I take Wed and Sun off but I might change that to just Sun. I dont know what else to do to better myself.
@EmmaE my greatest insecurity is that I am afraid of being in large groups. It is very overwhelming. something I can learn from it is that maybe supporting other people with similar problems I can figure out a solution.
Hi @EmmaE!
This is quite a challenging prompt to think about. I think one of the biggest insecurities I have in myself is my ability to make conversation and talk to people. I always have a looming worry that I'm making a conversation too awkward and the other person doesn't want to converse with me. It's difficult because during the action itself I think about it consciously and that in turn affects what I say.

What is something you feel insecure about?
I feel insecure about my place in my relationships; I still feel like I don't completely "belong" and that I'm not worthy of the people who love and care about me.
if I can survive/taking care of myself

I struggle with this, too.
I struggle with..dealing with my traumas and how trying to heal from them and it feels more disruptive to my life and causing me so much harm - it never ends.
