What did you do for self care today?

Self care is so important for us! It helps us from feeling overwhelmed/burnt out, it can help our depression, anxiety or whatever else we might be dealing with.
Self care doesn't have to be for long or anything big, it can be simple such as taking a bath, going for a walk, reading a book, etc.
Some days are long and hectic and we can forget to practice self care, so this is your reminder to practice self care!

I had tea and some girl chat on my porch and some fresh air for a few hours today. Awesome time . ABB
Coffee and gaming in the morning. Then I brushed my teeth. Lately that alone has been difficult to accomplish.
Woke up earlier than usual. Took a shower, got my favorite milkshake. Spend some quality time with my sister as the weather was very windy and enjoyable. Studied with a group of friends online. Honestly haven’t felt positive and happy like this in a long time, so im proud!! :)

I've been keeping myself hydrated and took some much-needed alone time to myself.
I took a shower and washed my hair!
Chocolate and ketamine
I worked out and hung out in the sun with my brother today! It was nice to get a sweat in and focus on me since I haven't done that in a while✨🥰❤️🔥
