The fact that I immediately did my chores because normally I'm a big postponer when it comes to things like that. So kinda proud I didn't do so this time :) I hope I can keep it up for the rest of the week!

I used to never public speak.. I recently got a new job that required frequent and lengthy public speaking. I have been terrified about it. Today I taught my first course to a group of people, and I wasnt even nervous. I feel like I took a huge step today. Today I am proud of myself.
