One way to describe my depression today is calm. It's weird because usually its nerve wracking, I usually have a hard time focusing on things. Today it wasn't loud or disturbing to me.
too many to choose.... lost. alone. hopeless.
@BPDzebra
You will never be alone in this world, and when lost, seek guidance from the most powerful source there is. I'll be sensitive and respectful to your personal beliefs, but for me, I seek guidance through God and I pray that you have someone that you can go to in these most troubling times. A friend, a family member, someone you can trust with your heart and mind. I shall pray from the sidelines for clarity and a feeling of both comfort and security to you in your coming days.
Numb and hopeless
AWFUL.. THE WORST!
@BuzzQ
Keep the faith strong. You will rise above this ordeal.
Scared. Depressed. Determined.
@persistentBirch9030
Keep the faith strong. Do not be overwhelmed by this world. You are meant for greater things, but you'll only be able to see this truly once you rid your mind of the overcasting shroud of "I have no strength in this unforgiven world". The truth is, you have more strength than you can even imagine to overcome obstacles. All of this made with the most powerful thing that 100s of people still are blind to...faith.
My respectful and sensitive to you personal beliefs and culture reccomendation would be to look to faith and support in times of overwhelming vulnerability. Fighting these types of battles by oneself can be extruciating, but having the right back up can literally mean life or death. Just a thought. Hope and pray everything works out for you in your coming days.
....and remember...there is a bright future ahead of you should you choose to rise above the storm that is annoyingly blocking your view.
@SaleemF
thank you, really, it means so much so me that care that much. Thank you.
@persistentBirch9030
if we do not make any further contact after this post, know that my prayers are with you. No one should be depressed and scared for long (especially alone). I know this feeling all too well. That's why the universe brings specific people to a location to meet. I'm beyond happy that I was able to hopefully bring some comfort to you.

Odd. I don't know how to describe it.
@GrayscaleReverie
Don't rush the thought. Take a deep and well deserved breath and patiently, relaxingly, and carefully try to piece together how you feel, what led to that feeling, and anything that can help paint the full picture. Remember, no rush here.
Tired really tired, and scared? Or anxious. Numb and disconnected. The only good thing is that the intrusive(impulsive) thoughts today havnt been bad ones, just a very strong impulse to by a nerf gun, which actually made me happy(?) because it reminded me of all the fun I used to have playing with the neighbors. Then I got sad again because life now is so much worse than it was back then.
@Tiger04
care to elaborate on this one? If not, that's completely fine. What I will say is that fear is perfectly normal for someone (and could even be good at times as a humble reminder that you that you are indeed human) and so is anxiousness, but don't let these feelings overwhelm or cloud your overall judgement and perspective. Be careful and safe out there. Find the strength to be progressive in your life and identify the obstacles that you need to overcome, prioritize them, and accomplish said goals.
Today I feel calm
@proactiveGrapes9304
Calm sounds pretty good. Hope that in the coming days, calm gets greeted by joy and more peace and any potential stress can go take a long hike somewhere and get lost.
"Ashamed", i hurt someone who did not deserve it. It makes me feel bad to make such a hurtful mistake, i appologised, but appologies do not fix things...so i really feel ashamed...i should have been more careful...
What's important now is that you understand that you made a mistake, and even moreso, you took the measures in trying to make ammends by apologizing. No, apologies may not magically heal all wounds but it's the greatest start possible. You went to the person and showed that you saw the flaws in your actions and showed that you genuinely cared that you did them wrong in your eyes. Now, if there's nothing more you can do about the situation, then from my ignorant perspective sitting here, I'd say you did quite a bit that should ease you a little.
Now, you let time and life continue on as you've done all you could. What happens next is out of your control, but as long as you know deep down that you've fully done right in making peace. What more can you really do? Don't beat yourself up about it. As someone who personally had a similiar issue not too long ago, trust me, it's not worth your time beating yourself up about something that you've made great efforts to make peace about with someone. You have a good heart to acknowledge your wrongs, but now it's time to progress forward in life being better.
You fall, you learn, you continue stronger than ever before should you choose to take life lessons to heart, you live. Let this be a lesson to grow from, not an assualt on yourself.
