Hello. I am new to this site and i came here because i have no one in my life that i feel comfortable disclosing my thoughts to. 7 cups provides me with the anonimity and lack of judgement. I need that. I have been depressed for about 4 years and i need to break my silence somehow. I think this site may be the way i do that. Here goes...

Ok, I'll go next. I joined to try to work on my anxiety. I have a hard time dealing with it and expressing it to anyone but my girlfriend. I am also a mental health worker that kinda feels like a hypocrite for being so afraid for seeking help.
