Introduction
Hi everyone, my name is Hannah. I've been suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and possibly BPD for years. It's been pretty severe the past few months which is why I decided to reach out on here. Having a therapist in person isn't really an option right now and I have really been needing some extra support. I just can't do it by myself anymore.
Im still getting used to 7cups, so if anyone has any advice on how to get the most out of it I'd really appreciate it.
I am also thinking about using the therapy option on here and I'd just like to know if anyone else had used it and if it's been helpful and worthwhile.

@Hannahbethh hi, welcome! I am glad to see you took a step and decided to share.of course therapy is helpful, but so is talking to other people about things. people need the social element to be happy!
@Ylina I think it is really important for me to have people to connect with. I'm a nanny and I spend 10 hours a day with babies under 6 months. I usually am not talking to people very often. It's easy to get caught up in my head and have my thoughts go all over the place. it would be great to have a place to focus my thoughts and stress and worries in a productive way instead of letting it build up in my head and make me miserable. I'm really glad I discovered 7cups!
