I am staying away from music because it reminds me of my past trauma, my ex, the moments we had together because we used to associate it with music, specific love songs, etc.
When you want to forget things and you are reminded about those things whilst listening to music, the same music that soothes your soul becomes its poison & right now I am going through that phase of my life.
1- I used to listen to our favorite love songs, light & relaxing ones.
2- I always disliked loud music.

I listen to 80s music and Christian Music the most..
I really do not dislike any unless it is the scream kind and really loud . I can not understand the words lol...
Bonus question: What's your opinion of metal music?
If it is screaming No not gonna listen lol.. I love rock and roll that is good..

I listen to almost all genres, like pop, rap, rock and so on but I dislike Jazz, I guess? or Classic
Bonus question: What's your opinion of metal music?
I love it! It helps easing my overthinking

The genres I listen to are death metal, rock, 70s and 80s, classical, pop, rap, emo rap, some country,and bpm. Just basically a little bit of everything ig.
@AmberLilly21 Listening to a lil bit of everything is okay. I also listen to classical, pop and rock. I'm not really into metal but a lot of people like it. Also, what's BPM? I've never heard of it.

Ohh lol yea BPM is like electronic music for instance music that you may have heard of from Marshmello or Martin Garrix. Music like that I guess I can explain.

I listen to almost all kinds of music, the genre usually depends on my mood at the time. My Favorites are rock music and pop music
Which ones do you dislike?
I'm not a huge fan of rap.
What's your opinion of metal music?
I like to listen to metal when I'm angry.
@ClairePotato Rock and pop music are really cool and I'm not a huge fan of rap either. Listening to metal when you're angry is pretty interesting. @LexIris. I love pop music a lot , lately I hsve also been listening to some of jazz and accoustic guitar versions of songs
i also like music without vocals where it's just melody and tunes it's very calming

What's your opinion of metal music? I don't understand how some people can like screamo music but It's what they like. I personally don't like It
I listen to all genres except metal :) Mostly, EDM, pop, and alternative/indie.

I'm not really a fan of noisy noise 😁 I like to understand what's going on in there so if is understandable sure I'll give a try 😉
