Hi, GreenTea!
I hear you expressing feelings of loneliness and a sense that no one is coming to save you. It can be challenging to experience these emotions, and it's important to acknowledge and validate how you're feeling.
Feelings of loneliness can be distressing and may contribute to a sense of isolation. You are not alone in experiencing these emotions, even though it may feel that way. Many individuals go through periods of loneliness, and it's a common human experience. It might be helpful to reach out to supportive friends, family members, or even consider joining social or community groups where you can connect with others who share similar interests. Come to 7 Cups as often as you wish.
Regarding your body telling you that you're depressed, it's crucial to listen to and respect the signals your body is sending you. While you mention feeling happy, it's essential to consider that physical symptoms can sometimes be connected to underlying emotional states. If your body consistently communicates feelings of depression, it may be worth exploring further with a mental health professional to gain a better understanding of what you're experiencing.
Sometimes, our emotional well-being and physical well-being are intertwined. Stress, anxiety, or unresolved emotional issues can manifest in physical symptoms. Consulting with a therapist, can help you explore these connections further and determine appropriate ways to address both the emotional and physical aspects of your well-being.
In therapy, you can work to explore these feelings of loneliness, identify any underlying causes or contributing factors, and develop strategies to help you feel more connected and supported. Additionally, if there are any physical symptoms that concern you, it's important to consult with a doctor to rule out any potential underlying medical conditions.
Seeking support is a sign of strength, and there are people who are willing to listen and help. Whether it's through therapy, 7 Cups, support groups, or reaching out to trusted people in your life, it's important to find a support system that can provide understanding and empathy. You don't have to face these feelings alone, and there are pèople and resources available to support you on your journey toward emotional well-being.
All the best!
Marcelo.
Unluckily knowing you are depressed doesn't make it go away. You really have to work at it. There are lots of people out there who can help though.@TeaGreenTea12
