...See more does anyone find themselves mostly being their own therpaist? for my personal reasojs and finances and time i dont see a thwrapist and i basically have been doing "self therapy" for all my life and it just seems like "ur alone warrior fightijg a war by youtself" and even if i did see someone they basically give you the same coping strategies u can find by yourself on google and therapy in my opnion is kinda a waste of money

...See more my dr told me i might have adhd becuz i get bored easily sitting sedenatary or impatient like if i was driving n its like my mind cant sit still. im seeing a psychatrist and both drs prescribed me antidepressents and anti anxiety meds to help me stop being anxious and being "chemically sad" when i know things shouldnt be a big deal. but obvs if i dont sleep well the nite before no amoint of caffeine will keep me awake barely like today at work. but now even if sleep well the nite before i get sleepy being on road or if im at work and i sit down too long i get sleepy. i have to have caffeine and sometimes food to stay awake. im seeing my psychattist tuesday and hoping i get tested for adhd and my dr is convinced if i do have adhd i can take adhd meds which help me stay awake and can be a reason i fall sleepy. is anyone have the issue?

...See more it doesnt matter how much i sleep even if i sleep well the nite before i get sleepy while driving or at work i need caffeine . ofcourse if i didnt sleep the night before then no matter what amount of caffiene i take it doesnt work. i might have hypersomnia becuz im sleepy no mayter what? anyone have this issue? im seeing a peychstrist becuz my dr told me it can be related to adhd which is why my mind fall asleep easily and its hard to do it if you decide to switch to day job which is why im hesitant to switch to a day job which would pay more money than my current position. i feel stuck.

...See more does anyone dump their issues on friends and then they stop talking to u or block u? i frel bery ashamed. one of ny friends we share each other location but she stopped reply to my texts since late march and hasnt respindeed wince. i noticed i dump mh problems on people way too much. i feel alone every day and wish that finding a listener isnt like waiting for a "perfec match". i wish i can find a listener i can share all my issuers with
