We can talk about anything related to depression—your feelings, triggers, coping strategies, or resources that have helped you. And if you’d rather just read or quietly listen, that’s okay too. The most important thing is that you feel supported and not alone because the worst kind of sadness is when you can explain why..

No bullying, judgment, or hurtful comments.


Please don’t share personal information to keep everyone safe.


Let’s avoid discussions about self-harm or harmful thoughts—this is a space for encouragement and positivity.

@Ankush1509 Hey there Ankush! What a lovely post this is ❤️🫂 thanks for making the contribution to the community. Is it possible to change the text in yellow to a darker shade? I couldn't read it that bit because it was straining my eyes.

@Angelanj thanks for your suggestion i actually had my account on dark theme on my phone so it was visible for me completely forgot for white theme for the browser users. i am so sorry.. i will definitely change it. thank you very muvh
