Story of my life🥲

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share a little story with you all today. It’s not a big, life-changing tale, but it’s one of those everyday moments that made me stop, think, and laugh at myself. Life can be tough we all know that but sometimes, a little humor and a new perspective go a long way.❤️

The Grocery Store Meltdown

A few weeks ago, I had a breakdown in the middle of the frozen food aisle. Yep, me, standing there like I was auditioning for the next emotional Netflix drama, all because I couldn’t decide between chicken nuggets or pizza rolls.🍕

It wasn’t really about the food, though. I’d been having one of those weeks where everything felt like too much. Work was piling up, I hadn’t replied to any messages, and my plants were judging me for forgetting to water them (again). The nuggets vs. pizza rolls debate was just the tipping point.

So, there I was, staring at the freezer, tearing up, when this older woman walked by. She stopped, looked at me, and said, “Sweetheart, whatever it is, just get both. Life’s too short to overthink snacks.”

I laughed like actually laughed and for the first time in days, it felt like I could breathe again. I grabbed both boxes, went home, and ate them shamelessly while watching a dumb comedy.

The next day? Nothing magical happened. My problems didn’t suddenly disappear. But that moment, that silly little nugget vs. pizza rolls dilemma, reminded me that sometimes we make life harder than it has to be. And honestly? It’s okay to cry over frozen food if that’s what you need to do. Just don’t forget to laugh about it later.

What I wanted to say is…

We all have those days where even the smallest decisions feel overwhelming. And guess what? That’s okay. You’re allowed to have meltdowns over chicken nuggets. You’re allowed to feel stuck, tired, or unsure of what’s next. But don’t forget that somewhere out there is someone who’s also standing in a grocery store, overwhelmed, and just trying to figure it all out.

Life is messy, weird, and sometimes hilariously painful. But every now and then, it gives us little moments to remind us: It’s not all bad. And when in doubt, get both.

Sending lots of love to all of you. Let’s keep going, one pizza roll at a time. ❤️💪
