New to this forum, but not new to depression

im back in depression. This morning was a nightmare but I made it through. Im out of work, feeling numb and lost. Im afraid to go home because I will fall into apathy. In the morning I’m afraid to go to work because I think I won’t know what to do or I just won’t want to do anything.
