Yes plz, I just really need to know how to get it all started.. Manic depression and horrible anxiety is the top of my many issues.. I'm so lost and just need sum help plz..
I'm still new so if anything is wrong don't blame me plz cuz I'm new lol.(confused about if u mean app help or help with how to write this all down but I'll go with the second one if I'm wrong plz correct me and I'll try to help the other way)
Just start writing down your issues and how they've affected you in the past,how they affect you now, and state the you need some emotion support to help you get through this.(idk if u do tho just saying *** u do state that.)
I don't know your whole story but try to make readers understand how these issues are affecting you so they can comment and give advice to you.
