My life
Apparently I'm never going to get anywhere in life because I just settle for everything instead of trying to change myself and my life. I guess this is why I hold everything in and don't talk to people. I think I might go back to doing that.

@skyraven02 I thought you were going to get a therapist to help hubby change how he handles the kids…that was what I meant. Did I misremember?

I will eventually. Right now I have one kid in counseling and another one starting next month.
@skyraven02 oh good. So you were referring to something else then maybe. It sounds like you’re frustrated that you settle but maybe it feels to daunting to fight things perhaps. Do you want to talk about it?

I'm just tired of dealing with people and would rather be alone but my kids need me so I'm just here.
@skyraven02 yeah I get it… you’re really doing right by your kids and that’s admirable. You have a really heavy set of circumstances. I hope you catch a break. You deserve it.

Thanks for sharing your struggles. I relate a lot to settling. I feel like I have settled my whole life and regret not being strong enough to fulfill my dreams. You are not alone in your struggles. Wishing you a good week. ❤️
