Job estress
I have been learning English for some years, so I need it for a job, I don't if my English still being basic 😪 I don'tcare about it. but I got a scholarship to learning it for 4 and a half, everyday, they said that with this scholarship they will let me work with them, but I fell frustrated because my father doesn't trust in my and he thinks that I will never get a job, that's hurt me a lot 😢 because I'm poor so I need that job, but the real reason why I'm sad is because is a few days I will finish that course, and I still having some problems and basic grammar mistakes, and I don't know if they will give a job..And sometimes I lose my confidence, because I don't what I need to do for improving it... Sometimes I think that I'm still in the same level, I have never been in an English country and you need more effort to learn a new language:(.. I'm sad...
Good day to you my friend,
I would like to give you some of my advice and would suggest using a translator on these words if it seems too confusing, which there is no shame in doing.
First and foremost, you should not be this harsh on yourself due to a slight language barrier as it will only drop your confidence as you say it is. You are doing something that a large group of people have not done, myself included. I personally have been very harsh on myself lately as I feel as though I gave up after enduring my first immediate family death, it's a very dark road to go down but there is always a light at the end.
If you feel as though a simple language deficiency will hold you back you are only going to discourage yourself to give up on what you worked so hard for, in my opinion. Take some time, some deep breaths and know that there are plenty of people that are here with language barriers, but the nice part of new languages is the ones that have spoken a certain language their entire life know how to take parts of sentences and put them together.
I have personally worked with people that had broken English, and when it comes to working there's something magical that happens in the conversation where both parties can understand one another and piece it together. Keep practicing, even if it's during a drive or walk, just give the time to something like Duolingo or even partner up with a friend that will help you, you could even ask an English teacher if they have an extra paper or book to lend you so you can study it on off time.
But my main point is that you should not allow something that is hard to break hurt you as much as you are allowing it to. Americans on the Internet might seem mean or judgemental, but the Americans you see around you personally will not be that way, and just maybe, if you ask someone around you for help they might be the greatest ally you could have. I hope you don't stay on the path of believing you are not worth it, because you are more valuable than you could believe.
Good luck with everything, if you just need to vent to someone don't hesitate to ask me for some help. I think you will do great things so long as you believe in you, we can worry about the future when it comes, enjoy the ride along the way.

Learning a new language is hard. I have been using Duo Lingo to learn Spanish. I think your English is pretty good! The more you talk to people in English, the better you’ll get. Also, I think it helps to read the things in the language a person is studying and to write. Just keep practicing. 🙂 You’re doing well!
