I don't know but it's getting worse again I though I've already solved this I thought I was healed from IT. I THOUGHT I WAS SANE FOR ONCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE but turns out I was just distracted and been gaslighting myself. I'm such a bad person.

I am soooo really sorry that you are feeling this way.

It is so hard to struggle with these thoughts. I understand.

But depression is a liar. It lies to you. It covers up the possibilities, the new hope of today. 

There is a new day today. There are people in your future hoping to meet you, that will smile every time you come into the room.
