I don’t know what’s wrong with me

I’ve been seeking answers and help and I’ve kinda revived it, but when I got the answers I wanted and realized I had to put work into helping myself, I just couldn’t. Why can’t I put in the work? Why? I want to but, I just don’t want to either. It’s like I’m making up excuses.
