How to deal with depression?

When we are not feeling well, we can try to ask for help. For example, when I was not feeling well because I was always discouraged, I tried to call helplines. The other person listened to me without judgment. Even if you think that nobody can understand you, there is always a solution.

Hiya @patientShell1003 thank you for taking the time to encourage people to reach out for support. While it may not be as easy always, or solve things always, reaching out is brave and knowing you're not alone can be so helpful, specially when you're feeling lost and lonely.
