False Sense of Happiness
Does anyone else feel as if though they have a false sense of happiness? Not that you're necessarily faking happiness in front of others to simply look as if though your happy, but rather a feeling inside where you feel "happy", or I suppose even falsely confident, to where you feel like you can do anything, but in the end that feeling is simply hopeless within itself. Or a part of yourself is telling you that this "happiness", or false confidence, is fake.
There can be lots of distrust of your own happiness. For me, admitting that I actually am happy can sometimes be hard. But you might actually just be improving. @Celc
@bestVase7265 Thank you for your insight. I'll take this in mind and try and continue to improve. Thank you. 🖤
You are headed a good direction. @Celc
@bestVase7265 I hope so. 🧡

This is relatable. For me, it is this brief feeling of contentment that is based on nothing substantial and that I know will end soon. Still, I wonder what makes me feel like this contentment is false. Your post really has me thinking, and I'm glad you shared it
But that contentment can also grow. Sometimes you have to give room for both directions. @ohwhattodo42
@ohwhattodo42 Thank you for sharing. It puts a smile on my face, that my post has allowed others to think and share their own experiences. I'd say I'd have to agree on the feeling being founded upon nothing substantial. It feels as if though I'm a bit empty and that everything will come crashing down soon enough.
